Emergencies

In the event of severe unbearable pain, a dental abscess, facial swelling, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or significant bleeding that will not stop.

Take an anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen) or paracetamol, apply cold to the cheek, and rinse your mouth with warm salt water.

Dental care is generally not covered by basic insurance in Switzerland, except in the case of an accident. Please check your supplementary cover.

We do our utmost to see emergency patients during our regular opening hours. Call us on 022 300 00 53.

The cost depends on the type of treatment required. Our fees follow the Swiss dental tariff. A quote is provided after the examination if further treatment is needed.

If the tooth has been knocked out, keep it in milk or saliva and come to the practice as quickly as possible. If it is broken, retrieve any fragments if possible and call us immediately.

An abscess presents as a painful swelling of the gum, sometimes accompanied by fever, a bad taste in the mouth and sensitivity to heat. Seek prompt treatment, as an untreated infection can worsen.

Fees & payments

We apply the official Swiss dental tariff DENTOTAR® at a point value of CHF 1.20. A detailed quote is provided before any major treatment.

After each consultation or treatment, a detailed invoice is sent to you by post or email. Payment can be made on site or within 30 days.

Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. For major treatments, a deposit may be required before the treatment begins.

We accept payment by bank card, bank transfer and cash.

Yes, we offer payment plans for major treatments. Please do not hesitate to discuss this with our team.

Yes, for any treatment beyond routine care, we prepare a detailed treatment plan with a quote. This allows you to make a fully informed decision.

A clinical examination is necessary to provide a reliable quote. Without a diagnosis, it is impossible to determine precisely which treatments are needed and their cost.

Our fees are based on the official Swiss dental tariff (Dentotar). The cost varies according to the complexity of the treatment, the time required and the materials used.

I am extremely grateful for the care I received. Having a genuine phobia of the dentist, I was dreading the appointment, but my dentist put me at ease from the very first minutes, as she always does. Her gentleness, attentiveness and professionalism are rare and precious. Thanks to her, I was able to undergo treatment with complete peace of mind. She is a true gem in her field!

My experience was extremely positive, and I would like to give special thanks to Mrs Dal Zotto. She reassured me with her kindness and gentleness, which truly transformed my perception of dentists.

My 9-year-old daughter was seen by the hygienist Yasmina. She is very gentle, takes her time with children and gives helpful advice. I recommend her 100%. She does a wonderful job.

Excellent welcome, outstanding treatment, skilled and high-quality work. A wonderful team with great values. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire team.
